Use of Service

• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to use the app lawfully and not misuse or interfere with the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the app.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid features may require an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple.
• Billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed by Apple through your Apple ID settings.
• Any free trial or promotional terms are disclosed at purchase time.

Intellectual Property

PitchMark and related content, branding, and software are owned by PitchMark or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PitchMark is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and users.
