PitchMark ("we", "us", "our") provides a baseball and softball pitch tracking app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information We Collect
- Account information (such as email address and sign-in provider).
- App usage information, including game/session and pitch tracking data you enter.
- Purchase and subscription status information processed through Apple's StoreKit.
- Retail order information for physical products, such as product selections, checkout/session identifiers, order status, shipping name and address, billing address, phone number, and customer email collected through Stripe Checkout.
- Technical and analytics data to operate, secure, and improve the app.
How We Use Information
- To provide core app functionality, including syncing your data across devices.
- To authenticate users and protect accounts.
- To process subscriptions and provide paid features.
- To process and fulfill physical product orders, provide order support, prevent fraud, and handle refunds, disputes, tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
- To monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and improve performance.
Sharing
We may use service providers that process data on our behalf (for example, cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, subscription infrastructure, payment processing, and order fulfillment). Retail checkout and payment details are processed by Stripe. Subscription billing is processed by Apple. We do not sell personal information.
Data Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can delete your account in the app. Account deletion removes or unlinks account-associated app data. Some order, payment, fulfillment, tax, accounting, dispute, or legal records may be retained as needed.
Your Choices
- You can access and update information in the app.
- You can delete your account from the app settings or contact us for help.
- You can manage subscription billing through your Apple ID settings.
